Late 19th/early 20th century French cotton pelmet in a striking design of blue and yellow bunches of flowers ,some of which are intertwined with beribboned roped tassels.At its top edge large covered buttons and the hem is finished with a wool trim of tassels in colours to match the print.

In good condition with the trim missing tassels in places.
