Circa 1810-20s French indigo and madder red cotton quilt block printed with paisley motifs and stylised flowers.The reverse with boteh motifs arranged in a diamond pattern in alternating red and  dark mauve chevrons.
A beautiful quilt in a good condition with a small section of fading to the upper part and a small repair or two on the indigo side and some minor staining on its reverse.Small amount of wear at the edges.
