Dimensions:

French c1780-90 pair of pelmets and a piece blockprinted with stylised leaves in dusty pink, faded lime yellow and teal surrounded by arching curlicues and simple small flowers.The ground is resist printed in the pink.The top and the bottom scalloped  edges are trimmed with a cream silk which is damaged or missing in many places.

The single piece has been cut from a larger section,has some hole and fading with nice old repairs 

Originally part of a lot in the Miss Elinor Merrill sale  at Christie’s SouthKensington 2002
