Early 19th century circa 1820-40s French single curtain from a manufacturer in Alsace in eastern France.Blockprinted with joyous tulips and flowers on a tobacco ground.Skilful printing and overprinting make for a beautiful colourful design.Edged in a mossy green wool trim.

Some unevenness in the tobacco coloured ground due to its age and with an old repair or two.
