French c.1805 Toile de Nantes by Manufacture Favre Petitpierre et Cie called Henri IV the popular 16th century Bourbon French king.Backed in an early 19th century beige striped ticking and slip-stitched closed with a duck feather cushion pad.

Some faded sun dicolouration across the piece in places on a slightly pale tea stained ground.
