Very pretty c.1790s French blockprinted and scalloped edged quilted cotton square.One side isa bunch of bowed f;owerswith scattered roses and trailing branches.This side is in a fair condition with some faded stains and a fair amount of splits ' in the fabric where the brown umber dye was used.

The reverse a simple cotton and linen woven stripe in faded pink and indigo
