Early 19th century circa 1810-20 French quilt of blue bourette de soie, slubby silk with a reverse of a more rustic woven thin stripe of ndigo and red and a woven puce linen.An interesting piece.

Some splitting of the silk in a few parts at the edge of the quilt.A few hiles in the silk at one corner.The reverse has some fading and a few small stains.

In overall good condition.
