Late 18th century French cotton quilt of stylised large scale flowers wuth bleu de pastel highlighted leaves on a madder red ground.The reverse an Oberkampf à Jouy bonnes herbes ( a dense floral design) window pane center, surrounded by a patterned stripe.
In overall good antique condition with a few small stains as shown in one of the photographs and some weak areas where the wool wadding is appearing.
