Circa 1830-40s French small cotton quilt of long feathered birds of paradise amongst roses and trailing foliage against a soft warm off white ground.The reverse a fichu of intricate interlocking desin elements borderd by a leafy roses pattern.

In an as found antique condition with areas of damage where the wadding is showing through on one side
