Very pretty 18th century French blockprinted and scalloped edged quilted cotton square.A bunch of bowed flowers with scatterd roses and trailing branches.
In a fair condition with some faded stains and a fair amount of 'splits' where the brown umber dye was used.
The reverse is an 18th century blockprinted linen with a larger scale design.This side is in good condition
