Circa 1780-90s French block printed scalloped pelmet of tulips on leafy stems rising from decorative urns and surrounded by patterned arabesques now mounted onto 19th century French linen.Backed in a softly faded blue and white woven linen and cotton textile.

In an as found antique condition with mostly soft faded colours.
