Indigo Cushion French 18th Century

A rare to find late 18th century French cambresine textile,soft white wool flowers  woven on a dark indigo linen/cotton. The reverse 19th century French linen hand dyed with natural indigo.The indigo is a dark inky colour and thewhite a soft 'old white' not a sharp white.Slipstitched closed with a dauck feather pad.

In a good antique condition with one or two stitched repairs, some missing stitches andsigns of wear.
