18th century French blue Chinoiserie cotton cushion made from a pelmet with its original patched pieces of a large-scale flowers, fiures and meandering branches.It retains its original scalloped edge which has been stitched onto a 19th century French linen.Backed in a hand-dyed natural indigo 19th century French linen.

Slip-stitched closed with a duck feather insert.
